In my world, it’s abundant, creative, and fun — but life hasn’t always been like that for me. You may be here to work with me, learn from me, or get inspired from my articles and stories. Whatever your reason for visiting, across these pages, you’ll find the science-backed tips that helped me transform $10k of student debt, $1,000 in the bank, a lifeless job, and two halfway-maxed-out credit cards into an abundant, debt-free, fulfilling life of my dreams. 

I work as an advertising copywriter and brand storyteller with clients like American Heart Association, Nextdoor, Definition 6, Mindvalley and more, but what I really care about is helping people go above and beyond what they ever thought possible. Being an expert in Cognitive Engineering means I help people spark the right brain chemicals to make things like self-love, courage, fulfillment, and creativity more available in all of our lives. 

When I’m not cooking, creating, kickboxing, practicing yoga, hiking, rafting, collaborating, laughing, loving, living, or working, I can be found contributing to the  #AtlantaCreatives cultural arts project or writing my 5 year | 50 country memoir of my journey out of anxious attachment and into all the magic a woman can be.
